Red Min Velfærd has a good collaboration with the recruitment company in the Philippines, which has specializes in training and recruiting nursing staff. The recruitment company has has existed for over 70 years, and has trained more than 50,000 nurses. The company has a comprehensive training program that prepares nursing staff to work in abroad, including Denmark. The recruitment company is already sending nurses to England and Germany.
